Guidelines for photo shoot

• Bathrooms- Clear out personal hygiene items from sink and shower. Remove rugs, towels, garbage can, scale, toilet brush/plunger. Close toilet lid and remove toilet lid cover.

• Bedrooms-beds made, no excessive pillows or blankets, remove personal items and knick-knacks from surfaces. Put away free standing fans or humidifiers. Remove robe hooks from doors.

• Kitchen -Clear counters of small appliances and decorative items, remove rugs, hand towels, and garbage can. Clear front, sides, and top of the refrigerator. Remove decorative items from the top of upper cabinets. Clear off the eat-in kitchen table, remove the leaf and extra chairs.

• Dining Room- remove tablecloths, runner, centerpieces, extra leaf and chairs from the table.

• Entryways- remove rugs, coats, shoes, umbrellas etc...

• Family/Living Rooms- clear off all surfaces, remove fake plants, personal photos, and knick-knacks.

• Fireplace-clean out ashes, remove items from mantle and hearth.

• Office/Den-clear personal papers and photos, organize shelves, desk, and built-ins.

• Rec/Play Room-Set up the pool table for a game. Organize the TV console, put away/organize toys.

• Interior-replace burnt out light bulbs, remove family photos, brightly colored, or graphic wall art. Remove plants, furniture, and lamps that might be obstructing windows or doorways. Displayed collectibles should be minimal and organized. Remove pet beds, bowls, toys, and litter box.

• Exterior-weather permitting, set up the Deck/Patio furniture and open the umbrella. Uncover the grill. Put away toys, hoses, garden tools, and garbage/recycle cans. Lawn and flower beds should be maintained according to the season- weeded, raked, mowed. Remove wreathes from front
